about

Out of the Cocoon is designed to be listened to whilst laying down.

This Album was recorded live at the YogaLAB in Fremantle to an audience of reclined people in June 2020. It captures a unique moment in time as the Western Australian community was released from lockdown.

The frequencies in the recording are a tonic for this moment on the planet. The power of the didgeridoo physically resonates every cell in the body and simultaneously connects to the emotional and spiritual levels of us. Thus allowing energy and subtle information to move freely.

The experience of listening is unique for everyone. It can be gentle and nourishing, yet it can also be strong and facilitate ‘non-ordinary’ states of consciousness.

This is a donation based offering to enable as many people as possible to listen to this work. Please download and share with your friends.
